Winter

The second day of the New Year. It is very cold here. There isn't much snow left though because we had a warm spell right before this cold snap. I was telling my husband this morning that winter is almost over. He of course said what do you mean? I told him it is Jan. now with Feb. to follow. We really only have a couple of months of winter left. Normally by March things are looking alot better and warmer and any snow you get in March is gone in April.

The bible says to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose. Winter is a pretty time of the year with all the snow. I don't dislike winter but I could do without the cold. I am blessed to be at home alot since my business can be done on the phone.

I learned many years ago to be more positive about everything. I always try to look at things the same way I am looking at winter being over.

In this life there is always going to be the things we want to do as well as the things we don't want to do. The people we want to get together with as well as the ones we would like to stay away from. The jobs we like and the jobs we dislike. Be encourged to look at everything more positive. When you do it will make everything easier. Look for the end resuslt.

I encourage everybody to make 2011 the year that changes your life for the better. Look at things different. Have a better attitude. Reach out to others. Know that God loves you and wants to bless you.

Forgot my Purse

The other day when Butch and I and Willa left home, I got a little bit away from home and I realized I forgot my purse. Not a big deal came...
